Does anyone know of a good website where i could learn about Bangladeshi folk art?
i need to write a paper on it tonight and i can’t find any good sources.

There is an Arts and Crafts museum in Dacca, but their site has no visuals, just a summary of the museum.

Perhaps, the best known and most documented folk art of Bangladesh is the “ricksha” art. Ricksha owners paint their vehicles in very individual ways and with rich imagery. There are books and sites on the subject, but this is my favorite because it has the best on-line gallery:

Remember Bangladesh was part of the Indian state of Bengal until 1947, so you can find discussions of historic art under India or Bengal. Good luck on your paper.
