Personally I’d eliminate C … as many if not all of Warhol’s works seem to remove any sense of individual expression.
That leaves us with De Kooning & O’Keeffe.
O’Keeffe’s paintings certainly express emotion via color … and she was very opposed to the dogmatic views of artists such as Mondrian. Then again DeKooning use of color is expressive to say the least … but he was somewhat dogmatic about the abstract expressionist movement.
To me the operative word is hint. O’Keeffe’s works hint at many wonderful and even private matters. I never think of De Kooning as hinting … but rather shouting.
