How do you remove a mark from a painting (canvas)?
I bought a painting on cavas today (in a sale and I don’t want to return it or look for money back). It’s a modern art thing green and white with a couple of red marks on the green part. The shop owner told me that they should come off with an eraser but it hasn’t worked. Any ideas?

eaither, if it is crayon, scrape it off carefully, try not to hit the paint underneath, if this does happen, match the paint by mixxing colors, green for your base, if it’s light, add colors like white or yellow, if it’s dark add colors like paynes grey or black,… to match the rest, orr something i do, is file it. with an electrical or battery operate filer, that way it’s smoothe and even and it’s easy to not hit the paint below. or.. yeah, if it’s crayon, heat it up with a hair dryer and use like, idk rubbing alchol or something and whipe it off. idk, hope this helps and good luck.
