Coffee Cup
Is one cup of coffee a measurement of a cup or is it like saying one mug of coffee? Pregnant- how much is ok?
I am 35 weeks pregnant and my doctor said I can have 2 cups of coffee a day. I didn’t think about it at the time but I am not sure if that usually means I should take a measuring cup and measure 2 cups out or does that mean two coffee cups of coffee? Two cups doesn’t even equal to one coffee cup or mug. What do you think?
means 2 ‘mugs’ .. but small ones, not the biggest in your cupboard 
. at 35 weeks theres little danger from caffeine anyway. its during the first 12 weeks when the baby is forming that caffeine can pose a risk of miscarriage. By 35 weeks, the most its going to do is give your bub a slight caffeine hit and you’ll end up getting kicked relentlessly for a couple of hours. its always better to be on the safe side, but if you really love your coffee, its fine to have a cup or two a day.
