How do you make a picture frame look vintage, plus what type of background do you use to get the vintage look.
If framing something white in color, what would you use to acheive the vintage look in the background.
Picture frame? Or do you mean the picture itself? If you mean the picture, most modern digital cameras have this feature built in. If it is chemical film, your developing shop/chemist can do this.
