Depending on where you live, what looks healthy and what is healthy are very far from each other.
In the attempt to become aesethically pleasing please are willing to put there body through extreme changes to make themselves appear more like the people they see in TV/Movies.
More and more people are having unnessary procedures to remove undesirable traits or wish to look a certain way i.e. face lift, rhinoplasty etc.
