Are toy or miniature poodles yappy?
I was originaly planning on getting a toy or miniature poodle as a family pet. The other day, someone told me that they bark a lot and are high- strung. Please help me with what you know and your personal experiences. Thank you.
A well bred Poodle is neither yappy or high strung. If you are planning on buying make sure you research the breeder and have access to both of the pup’s parents. Do not buy your pup from a backyard breeder or a pet store. You will be seriously disappointed. And actually since I am totally against breeding, I have to suggest you save a life and adopt and/or rescue a dog. There are many small breed dogs and some may be Poodles or mixes on Petfinder.com.
