Original Silk
Recipe for making paneer (non-curd Indian cottage cheese) with Silk Soy or Almond Milk?
I’d like to know the detailed steps to making paneer at home from Silk Soy Original (or Very Vanilla) or Silk Pure Almond Milk. Any ideas? I don’t have a cheese cloth, but I do have a huge strainer. I have concentrate lemon juice and plain nonfat yogurt as well in case those are needed for the recipe.
You’ll probably want something with finer holes than a strainer for the draining…usually a few layers of cheesecloth is used but you can also use a man’s handkerchief, etc, alone or inside the strainer.
