Painting Napoleon

Who sings the song where it’s a masquerade party and a painting is singing? It’s heavy metal German, I think.?
Lots of hot people partying and humping, drinking, dancing. Whenever there are vocals going on in the song it cuts to a painting of like, Napoleon maybe, who sings. It’s heavy metal/electronica sounding.
It’s not an old video. It looks pretty new. I saw it at a nightclub in Houston, called Numbers. It was Underworld night. It sounds like industrial metal.
It at first sounded as if it was the old Euro-Rap song “Rock Me Amadeus” but then I gave it second thought twhen you said it was heavy metal German. There are quite a few but I can only guess at a couple, Laibach does all kinds of music and metal is within their range and genre perhaps you can search them out and maybe find what you need if you know ANY lyrics at all. But then I thought of a better candidate, KMFDM. That is probably what you are looking for.
