Painting Nude

I am going to be posing nude for a painting, and the artist wants to take some pictures to finish up..?

How do I write a contract so that he can only have them for personal use?
How do I write a contract so that he can only have them for personal use, or whatever so they don’t end up posted online or something?

It is not uncommon for artist to do that.
You do need to sign a model release form. On the form you can stipulate the use of photography including having photos destroyed when you are finished. Check the web for model release forms.
