Where can I buy some old porcelain address numbers?

Hey guys. We just moved into this house, it was my grandparents, who had lived here since they bought it some 50 odd years ago. It’s an old house, a fixer upper’s dream, and it’s a lot of work, but well worth it. I have a long to do list, and this is the one I am on now.

I went to the neighborhood hardware store, to see if they had address numbers. Our house has these old porcelin ones, and at least one of them is cracked. I want to replace all of them, but I like the look of the numbers that are there. So, I tried finding some, but all they had are the metal ones, and those plaques. They also had a catalog of you could order some custom plaques.

Is there anywhere I can buy or order some custom individual numbers? they are white porcelain with black lettering, 2 inches tall by 1 and a half inches wide, approximately.
