Rain Barrels Reduces Storm Water Run-Off
Every state in the US experience storm water run-offs, though the severity varies from state to state. Excessive storm water run-offs can cause massive flooding. But flooding can be alleviated if houses will be aggressive with rain barrels installation.

Just imagine those water that will goes directly to water sewerage system if not utilized property will cause serious flooding.
If every homeowner in US will be serious in their efforts to address the problem about flooding, by simple installing rain barrels, they will be amazed to the big changes they would make to save our lakes, streams and rivers. To be able to maintain a well-balanced eco-system, a clean body of water is a must. Water run-offs do not only affects fish but other living things that depends on rivers, lakes and stream for food.
