Signed Gouache

Does anyone know the artist for this oil painting?

This appears to be an original oil painting, but a mass-produced one, for the consumer market. The painting is, apparently, signed “Thomas W,” but I can assure you that the artist’s credentials are of no consequence with this piece. It is an original painting, but it is not of the type that is likely to appreciate in value in future years.

It’s pretty to look at, but don’t but this as an investment.
