Is Spring Valley – Vitamin E Skin Oil 12000 IU good for minor burns??
I am using vitamin e oil because i heard that it was good for minor burns, but i wasnt sure which kind to use, also some people say that vitamin e from capsules if better for burns…what do you guys think, is the one im currently using a good choice or should i switch to the capsules???
If you really want something good for burns use Aloe Vera. I tried E yrs. ago and then Aloe Vera. It’s good for cuts and wounds too.
