That’s quite an open-ended question. Do you have a link to a painting you’d like to edit?
It’s probably easier to get the painting technique down (as well as your fine art photography) than trying to ‘shop it into form. Still, some things you can try are to increase the contrast and saturation, as the links you give are visually intense.
Keep in mind that not all art will look better this way. The artist had a very specific look in mind, and attempting to wrangle it into something it wasn’t supposed to be is injustice.
